As a sub-agent to the Washington State Department of Licensing, Alpine Licensing is a full-service office providing comprehensive vehicle/vessel services. The following sub-agent fees apply:

$5.00 for registration renewals and $12.00 for title transfers. These fees are universal statewide. Method of payment is cash or checks.

   Please read the following requirements for obtaining your registration:

Out of state vehicles with lien holders will need:

Out of state vehicles with lien holders will require a copy of the title from the
lien holder or lessor
Call the emission test station in your area to see if your vehicle requires testing
Depending on type of transaction other requirements may apply

Title transfers will need:

    The original title
    Bill of Sale
    Odometer disclosure statement (if vehicle is 10 years or newer)
    An emissions test (in some cases)
    Depending on type of transaction other requirements may apply
